Meet Sultan Fariyd
An executive coach for CEOs, founders and senior leaders who are winning on the outside - and searching on the inside.
اندر سے باہر تک - From the Inside Out
Not from a textbook. From a life.
Sultan Fariyd grew up in a small village in Pakistan. He came to Australia in 2008 with very little - except a habit he had been practising for years: studying himself, honestly. He drove taxis. He drove trucks. And through every long night and every hard conversation, he kept asking the same question - who am I when no one is watching?
For 27 years he sat with his own ego, his own anger, his own fears - and slowly learned to lead his own life from a deeper, steadier place. That work became a system. Today it is The Energy Code: a structured 9-week program now used to help leaders think more clearly, recover from burnout and lead with more control.
"I did not create this for perfect people. I created it for real people - leaders who are tired not from working too much, but from pretending too long."
On the last night of 1999, Sultan sat with his spiritual teacher and was given four simple commitments that have guided his life since. They remain the foundation of how he coaches - and you will find them further down this page.
How the work actually works
This is built for real leadership pressure - not motivational language. Every week of the journey combines three things, which is why it lands and why it lasts.
The Teaching
Practical wisdom from 27 years of honest self-study - applied directly to decisions, communication and pressure.
The Science
A framework modern biology is increasingly exploring - so even the most analytical leader can invest fully.
The Story
Real stories from a village in Pakistan to a Brisbane taxi - because a story stays with you when a theory cannot.
What leaders gain
Coaching becomes valuable the moment leadership pressure starts affecting how you think, decide and lead. The aim here is not to talk - it is to build a stronger way of operating.
- Clearer decisions with less hesitation
- Better regulation of pressure and stress
- Less emotional reactivity in critical moments
- Stronger communication with teams and stakeholders
- Recovery from burnout and sustainable energy
- More consistent leadership performance over time
See what this looks like in practice on the client stories page.
The principles I coach by
Given to Sultan by his teacher in 1999 - and the quiet foundation of every engagement.
- I will not lie - to myself or to others.
- I will not hurt myself or others - with intention.
- I will not hurt myself or others - even without intention.
- I choose a positive mindset - every single day.
If any of this sounds familiar - let's talk.
For the executive winning outside but searching inside. For the leader who gives everything to everyone and nothing to themselves. The first step is simple, private and free.
